FORMAT and REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Excited to participate in ILEIID 2025? We've made the registration process straightforward and user-friendly so you can focus on what truly matters: your brilliant innovation! Here's a simple guide to get you started


To help you craft a compelling abstract, please keep the following in mind:

  • Keep it concise: Aim for a word count between 200 and 250 words.
  • Highlight the core innovation: Clearly articulate what makes your invention unique and impactful.
  • Explain the relevance to language and/or education: Detail how your innovation contributes to these fields.
  • Outline the key features and functionalities: Briefly describe how your invention works.
  • Mention the potential benefits and outcomes: What positive changes can your innovation bring?
  • Use clear and engaging language: Make your abstract easy to understand and exciting to read.

ILEIID 2025 Abstract
Step 1: Share Your Details & Abstract

  • Fill in the Google Form with your information.
  • Submit your abstract (200-250 words outlining your innovation's uniqueness, relevance to language/education, key features, benefits, and clear language).

Step 2: Await Your Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

  • Keep an eye on your email for the LOA from our committee (approximately within 7 working days).
Step 3: Showcase your Innovation

  • Make the participation payment through the secure link provided in the LOA email.
  • Submit your presentation video using the link we'll send you
Step 4: Judging Period & Result Announcement

  • Our panel will be reviewing submissions from 15 September 2025 to 22 September 2025.
  • Join us for the virtual closing ceremony on 24 September 2025, to discover the winners!
VIDEO SPECIFICATIONS

For the purpose of video submission to the International Language & Education Invention, Innovation, Design & Exposition (ILEIID) 2025, participants are required to adhere to the following guidelines.

Presentation Language

Only English, Malay and Arabic languages are allowed

Duration of Presentation

A maximum of 5 minutes (penalty will be imposed upon exceeding the time limit)

Aspect Ratio

16:9 or
1920 x 1080 (Full HD)

Audio Quality

Clear with no background noises. It must be synchronised with the visuals in the video

VIDEO CONTENT

Each video must commence with the inclusion of the following mandatory information displayed on screen:

  • Project Title
  • Names of Group Members (Max of 6 members)
  • Assigned Project ID

  • The official ILEIID 2025 introductory video sequence (to be provided)

Participants are required to upload their presentation videos on their personal YouTube accounts. 

The uploaded presentation videos must be made public for visitors to view.
